In the fringes of the ITM Colloquium 2026, the ITM Alumni meeting will be organised on Sunday 15 November 2026 from 9.30 AM -2.30 PM (lunch included) at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Addis.
All ITM alumni living and/or working in Ethiopia and/or attending the ITM Colloquium 2026 are warmly invited to join! Register here.
At ITM, we are currently engaging in strategic discussions on ITM’s educational portfolio and are preparing for the implementation of the next ITM DGD multi-year programme 2027-2031 (FA6).
This moment serves as an excellent momentum to explore ITM alumni perspectives, voices and reflections on the programme outcome ”Future generations of health professionals and researchers build and co-develop their competencies and networks at an open and global campus to address global health challenges.”
Within interactive sessions, participants will engage in discussions on:
- The role and contribution of alumni to the ITM Open and Global Campus (eg ITM alumni chapters, mentoring, lifelong learning);
- The alignment of content and mode of delivery of the ITM educational offer with local challenges
- The dynamic relationship between Global Health Security and the Health for All agenda
The detailed programme of the ITM Alumni meeting is currently being developed and will be published once available. Do you have a topic you would like to discuss, then please do indicate in the registration form.
The outcomes of the discussions will further shape the new 2027–2031 alumni policy and contribute to the operationalisation of the Open and Global Campus concept and networking approach.
