ITM Alumni grants

The ITM Alumni Network supports alumni to attend international scientific meetings and will promote alumni participation in ICASA 2025. We strongly encourage all ITM alumni to participate in this call and submit an abstract. Only those ITM alumni with a selected abstract (for oral or poster presentation) and without funding granted by ICASA or other institutions and donors, can apply for an ITM alumni travel grant to attend ICASA 2025.

ITM alumni grants include: registration fee, visa, per diem, travel and accommodation costs.  A grant can only be awarded to alumni who are resident and nationals of a country on the most recent version of the OECD/DAC list of ODA recipients.

Please note that there are a limited number of grants available for ITM alumni to participate in ICASA 2025. We strongly encourage women (ITM alumnae) to apply.

If you wish to apply for an ITM alumni grant, after the selection of your ICASA abstract, make sure to send us your (i) motivation letter, (ii) CV, and (iii) letter of acceptance from ICASA by 14 September 2025 to [email protected]
